Atheists on revelife?
I know everyone's free to do as they wish, but I honestly don't see the point in those who don't believe in God getting on here just to say God isn't real. Kind of a waste of time, no?
Clearly some people need to invest in some constructive hobbies.

Unfortunately, like in all aspects of life there are hecklers.
They are rebels, debaters, glory seekers - (by going the opposite direction from the rest), and so on. And I'm not just referring to the Atheists, but any one who gathers with people they really don't believe or support. It's like some rebellious democrat (or republican) going to a republican (or democrat ) meeting for the sole purpose of causing a stir, debate, raucous, disruption, so on.
I see Christians doing the same with Atheists.
Now if one is genuinely seeking something that is real, or better than what they have, then come and listen/read, go home and pray on it, don't debate it. That would be different.
I agree with you, they've got too much time on their hands, and need something else to do. Unless of course the atheist is religious and evanglising his belief system = then that person is really no better than the rest they accuse of the same.
@eagleendtime@xanga - I agree. And I have no problem discussing things with people who have different opinions (that's pretty much why I get on here) and some atheists or people of any other religion are fun to debate with. But then there's those who are close-minded and disrespectful. That's when I get annoyed, which has pretty much been every day this week.
I think you did well presenting your points in the "Atheism and Christmas on Display" post. That other girl was really just destroying her arguments with the wording she used, especially in the last couple comments. I'm glad you stuck with it, even though she was disrespectful to you. Keep up the good work and give all the glory to God!
@amberiasoasis - I don't mind talking with them either, but dislike the rudeness, when it comes to that or if I seem to be knocking heads - then I'm off and away. Exchanging ideas, opinions, or seeing how the other thinks is fine.
@aznspartan94@xanga - Thanks! I really appreciate that. That was a particularly irritating discussion. My best friend was the other girl (Big Esh) that was trying to talk some sense into her as well and we were on the phone with each other about ready to scream while all that was going on.
